Hi, I’m Maggie,
I’m an Engineering Manager with 10+ years of experience in software development and a strong frontend background. I’m hands-on, writing code in React, TypeScript, and Next.js while leading projects end-to-end and collaborating closely with Design/UX, Backend engineers, and stakeholders throughout delivery.
I focus on clarity, quality, and sustainable delivery in complex environments, and I stay up to date with modern tooling and practices, including testing frameworks like Cypress and newer frontend technologies.
Collaboration and mentorship are central to how I work. I enjoy building healthy teams, supporting engineers’ growth, and delivering products that feel coherent, usable, and well thought through.
